BREEAM ASSESSOR - ENGINEERING SERVICES, NOTTINGHAM BASED COMPANY
Our client is a leading construction consultancy looking for experienced BREEAM Assessor,ideally be licensed or trained in all the standard BREEAM family assessment schemes and also be experienced in delivering Bespoke assessments. The candidate will be responsible for a wide-ranging and diverse workload, within all market sectors, therefore a track record of experience is essential.
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER, NOTTINGHAM BASED COMPANY
Our client is a leading name in the construction consultancy field, currently looking for and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to further support the mechanical engineering services team, must be a qualified Mechanical Services Design engineer with experience and accredited Part L Assessor, Energy Performance and Display Energy Certification Assessor.
Must be HNC/HND qualified.should also be qualified or working towards accreditation to the CIBSE Air Conditioning Inspectorate scheme.
MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR, EAST MIDLANDS, PROJECTS UP TO £10M
working on projects within the commercial, industrial, health and retail sectors valued between £200k and £10m.Able to visit site and interpret drawings to clarify what is required and assist in establishing the best cost effective solution
•Participate in handover of successful bids to delivery team.
•Undertake technical appraisals
•Liaise internally to determine who are more favourable companies to approach for prices and performance.
ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER, NOTTINGHAM
you will be responsible for a range of projects from feasibility to construction working within a variety of commercial and industry sectors
•Feasibility studies and building surveys.
•Preparing specifications/equipment schedules/drawing and information, installation proposes.
•Degree or HNC in relevant subject.
•HV & LV Network Systems.
•Building services software packages – Hevacomp or CYMAP, MS Project, CIBSE/BSRIA Design Codes.
ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR, NOTTINGHAM, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS UP TO £10M
•Can successfully obtain the tender price from suppliers, wholesaler and subcontractors.
•Able to visit site and interpret drawings to clarify what is required and assist in establishing the best cost effective solution.
•Demonstrate an ability to develop options which differentiates the clients tender from the competition.
•Liaise internally to determine who are more favourable companies to approach for prices and performance.
•Participate in handover of successful bids to delivery team.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER, NOTTINGHAM
The role requires the candidate to demonstrate a solid foundation and experience in delivering HVAC designs within all market sectors and project sizes.
The candidate should also have a full understand the current requirements of the Building Regulations Part L and preferable hold a relevant accreditation on the Low Carbon Accredited schemes, with current accreditation to provide Part L compliance calculations, Energy Performance and Display Energy Certificates.
•Degree or HNC/D in relevant subject.
•Low Carbon Energy Assessor Accredited
•Part L (Preferably Level 5) Accredited
•EPC / DEC Accredited
•User of Building Services software packages – HevaComp or CYMAP, IES / TAS, AutoCAD
